Terms of Service
optx.media is for legitimate creator workflows on owned or authorized channels and properly licensed content.
optx.media uses YouTube API Services for authorized creator workflows and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.
Service description
optx.media is a creator workflow platform for organizing workspaces, connecting owned or authorized YouTube channels, uploading original media, preparing clips, reviewing metadata, creating publishing plans, executing authorized uploads, monitoring upload history, and maintaining compliance/audit controls.
YouTube terms and policies
By using YouTube-related features of optx.media, users agree to comply with the YouTube Terms of Service at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms, the YouTube Community Guidelines at https://www.youtube.com/howyoutubeworks/policies/community-guidelines/, the YouTube API Services Terms at https://developers.google.com/youtube/terms/api-services-terms-of-service, Google API policies, and all applicable laws.
Accounts and authorized channel access
Users are responsible for account security, accurate account information, and all actions taken through their account. Users must only connect and operate YouTube channels they own or are explicitly authorized to manage. Users grant optx.media permission to perform selected YouTube API actions only based on their authorization, settings, approved publish jobs, and user/admin actions in the app.
User content and responsibility
Users are solely responsible for ownership, licenses, copyright, music rights, brand assets, watermarks, video clips, metadata accuracy, comments, visibility settings, and policy compliance for all content they upload, render, schedule, publish, or manage through optx.media.
Acceptable Use and Abuse Prevention
Users may not use optx.media to upload, schedule, publish, or assist with content that violates YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube Community Guidelines, YouTube API Services Terms, applicable laws, copyright, or third-party rights. Users may not use the service for content using music, clips, logos, watermarks, or other assets without required rights; deceptive, spammy, misleading, manipulative, or mass-abuse publishing behavior; malware, phishing, credential theft, or harmful software promotion; content that promotes cheating, exploits, unauthorized modifications, or other conduct where such content violates platform rules, game rules, law, or YouTube policies; evasion of bans, strikes, restrictions, rate limits, or platform enforcement; unauthorized access to channels or accounts; or abusive automation intended to manipulate YouTube systems.
Enforcement
optx.media may suspend or terminate user access, disable publishing for a workspace or channel, disconnect a YouTube channel, block upload execution, preserve audit logs where needed for security or compliance, cooperate with lawful requests or platform compliance requirements, and refuse or remove access where use creates legal, security, abuse, or YouTube API compliance risk.
No guarantees
optx.media does not guarantee upload success, processing completion, visibility, reach, subscribers, monetization, impressions, public availability, or continued access to Google or YouTube APIs. YouTube, Google, connected channels, API quotas, OAuth status, content policies, and user settings may affect outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, optx.media is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; lost data; platform enforcement; channel restrictions; content removal; or third-party claims arising from use of the service.
Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, users are responsible for and agree to defend, indemnify, and hold optx.media harmless from claims related to user content, channel access, copyright or license disputes, policy violations, unlawful use, abuse, or misuse of YouTube API-enabled features.
Termination
Users may stop using the service and disconnect YouTube channels. optx.media may terminate or restrict access when required for security, legal, abuse-prevention, platform-compliance, operational, or policy reasons. Owners may archive or permanently delete workspaces through the app, subject to token revocation, audit retention, upload history retention, and storage cleanup rules. Certain audit, upload, legal, and security records may be retained after termination or deletion where necessary.

optx.media is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google. Report abuse, rights issues, policy concerns, or security issues to support@optx.media. These Terms do not guarantee that Google or YouTube will not restrict API access.
